Our Goal is the
preservation of Gallant bloodlines through carefully selected classic, sport, and color Morgan horses.
Where it all began:
Haleigh's Morgans was founded on a lifelong love of the Morgan horse and a commitment to preserving the bloodlines that shaped my journey. My first Morgan, a 10-month-old black colt named Darin, came into my life in 1993 and sparked a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by Gallant Morgans, and some of my most treasured memories are of being an 11- and 12-year-old kid, alongside my friends, showing and growing up with our own 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old horses. Looking back, it seems a little wild—but those horses taught us responsibility, confidence, partnership, and the incredible versatility that defines the Morgan breed. Those experiences continue to guide everything I do today.
The heart of my breeding program is preserving the Gallant bloodlines through Gallant Anesthesia ("Annie"), the full sister to my heart horse, and her son, MEMC Tinseltown, carrying forward the legacy established by Kennebec Morgans. While preservation is my foundation, I'm thoughtfully incorporating some exceptional classic, sport, and color bloodlines. These include Unconventional, MHB Bacchus Blessing, Stormwashed, Marana Trinity's Kingdun, Zeulners Sunka Wakan, UC Viscount, UVM Promise, Black River Major, MUR Royal's Joyride, RG Denmarks Justa Farmer, Trophy, Triple S Bald Eagle, Equinox, JMF On Fire, JMF True North, Flowers of Deja Vu, and DJJJ Ebony Gold. My goal is to produce beautiful, athletic, and kind Morgans that remain true to the breed's heritage while possessing the talent and temperament to excel in everything from ranch work and western gaming to driving, dressage, eventing, and as lifelong family partners. Every breeding is planned with the future of the Morgan breed in mind, honoring the horses that shaped me, while producing versatile Morgans for generations to come.
